At REDS Recovery College we offer recovery-focused educational courses to help people better understand mental health issues, learn self-management techniques and gain skills to improve their health and wellbeing. We aim to inspire hope and build confidence for today and the future.
We offer education, not therapy, and focus on strengths not challenges.
Our courses are all fully co-produced; designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges working together with individuals who have learned and professional expertise.
